We've been going for a year now, and what we've learned!
We've met a bunch of lovely pooches with their humans, and we've also gotten to know some people who do what we do. Many of them have been super people too! We've been welcomed into organizations where volunteers work hard to make life with dogs as enjoyable as possible. I wonder, why didn't we take this step sooner? While I'm pondering that, Mini (aka The Wiener) whines a little and everything becomes clear. We had to find each other first. My sausage and I.

This year, we'll probably do things a little differently. Last year, we experimented a lot with our product range. Maybe we'll do that this year too, but not to the same extent.
The shoes and fleeces with waterproof bellies are here to stay. Every sausage-dog parent should have them in their dog's wardrobe.
We're looking into even more practical items, like the lightweight rain jacket that comes in a pouch to hang on your backpack. It's available for pre-order now.
We'll also start stocking items that make it safer for you and your furry best friend when you're out. This includes both alarms and self-defense sprays. We all felt that knot in our stomachs during the Christmas and New Year holidays when two more women's lives were brutally extinguished. No, maybe they weren't out with their dogs, but still – have you never felt that stare on you or been worried about a loose dog? Heard footsteps behind you that felt like they were following just you?
We shouldn't have to. So we simply have to do what we can. Make sure we have alarms and self-defense sprays with us when we're out. Make sure they're accessible. Not at the bottom of a bag, etc. Hang it so you can reach it! We see that we might be able to contribute here. Definitely not a perfect dog product. But I got fed up, we apparently need more protection.

Until our new, not-at-all-doggy products arrive, we're rebuilding the store (the digital one, we still don't have a physical one) to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for. Feedback is welcome! The goal is to roll out the new look in about a week. Keep your fingers crossed for us :)
