Does the Wiener always wear shoes?

NO! Of course not! But actually more often than I might have thought.

It started with us practicing wearing them in the winter because of the salt (and because she's a prima donna of sorts), then she can wear them when it's wet outside so she actually wants to go out with us. The latest thing we've started is wearing shoes when we're unsure if there might be hazards on the ground or if there's a risk that the asphalt is too hot. It gives me a peace of mind I never could have imagined and she just trots along so she seems happy.

There are probably more other shoes that are also good, but we haven't come across any yet, which is why we are so happy to be able to show them off when we are out on adventures.

The shoe is perfect for any injuries. It insulates, makes the surface feel softer for the dog (while still allowing the dog to feel the ground). The shoes insulate against both heat and cold. They provide grip so I don't have to worry about my furry bestie slipping and hurting her back. Perfect on the boat or if you know you'll be on a surface that may have glass on it or that may have an unpleasant temperature.
